One of my absolute favorite things is when a customer comes in and says, "I got so many compliments on that outfit!" or "I love that y'all carry things that are different things.”
Those comments truly make my day!!
I spend a lot of time hand-picking what comes into The Refined Farmhouse, and my goal has always been to bring you pieces that are unique, beautiful, and make you feel confident when you wear them. So hearing that you love them enough to get stopped and complimented means more than you know. 🤍
I also want to take a minute to thank all of our sweet customers who continue to support us. Whether you've been shopping with us since the beginning or just recently found us, we are so thankful for you. Every purchase, every share, every comment, every kind word, and every recommendation helps support our little dream.
As a friendly reminder, our return policy is store credit within 14 days on eligible items with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unused, and damage-free. We cannot accept returns on furniture, food, special orders, seasonal merchandise after the holiday, or sale apparel and seasonal items.
We also cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, dried, altered, or had tags removed. Different fabrics require different care, and some naturally wrinkle more than others. While we always want our customers to be happy, once an item has been worn and washed, we are no longer able to resell it.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our policies as they help us continue to serve.
Also we want to encourage everyone to continue supporting small and local businesses whenever you can. Summer tends to be a slower season for many of us, and every little bit of support matters. It doesn't always have to be a purchase. Sharing a post, commenting, liking a photo, leaving a review, or recommending a local business to a friend can make a bigger impact than you realize.
When you shop small, you're supporting real families, real dreams, and people who have poured their hearts into what they do. You're helping keep local businesses alive and helping communities like ours continue to thrive.
