We jumped right in and forgot to get a before pic but we had to remove this window, tear out the rotten frame from the original old wooden window that someone thought they could leave in and slap a new window in it, reframe it and reinstall the window with new pvc trim.

This beautiful home received an upgrade from 5” gutter with 2x3 downspouts to 6” gutter with 3x4 downspouts and gutter guard. They’ve had water overflow the gutters every-time it rained since they purchased the home. When you have a-lot of roof with a steeper pitch, sometime you need gutter that can handle more volume. Some before and afters of a project that got completed for some great customers! New siding,gutters, shutters, light fixtures, back sliding door, tore out some French doors and installed 2 new windows on the front as well.

We had the privilege of changing all the metal on the Oronogo City Hall. Part of it was from hail damage and part of it was from terrible workmanship from the previous contractor. All new downspouts as well!
