We got a new tool and we were excited to use it in Georgia to help find, water intrusions, air leaks, electrical friction and A/C problems.

We can also check to make sure your insulation company did what they said they did!

We will have to wait to use it, we had the log cabin project that was being done as money allowed, the county wants us to finish certain things immediately so we are going to have to do those things unfortunately the city and counties have to enforce no matter what the financials are!

Doing some last-minute touchup painting, we’re done, customer wanted the floors to match the existing space and she picked out the Acacia Long Leaf Flooring from Floor & Decor

We are in the final week, cleaned the original wall siding, finished trim mix sealed the wood ceiling, filled nail holes, sanded all surfaces, primed the walls and built the crawl space door.

Soil was a bit soft we compacted it, made it 24 inches deep and 24 inches wide. We are doing 2 x 12 floor joist building her heavy duty!

Debbie Steiner experienced this firsthand when she had a small water issue with a dripping faucet. She called a plumber who said he could fix it that day with the parts already on his truck.

"It was a $26 part, and he wasn't down there more than a half hour making the installation," Steiner said.
