Out with the old, damaged and stained basket strainer and in with a fresh new install! 🔧✨

This kitchen sink drain was damaged and stained from something being poured down it, so I replaced it with a brand-new basket strainer for a clean look and proper function again. Small repairs like this can make a big difference in preventing an eye sore and keeping your kitchen running smoothly.

Sometimes the smallest upgrades make the biggest difference 👌

I removed these outdated raised panel shutters and replaced them with brand new louvered shutters to give this home a cleaner, more modern look. The new style adds depth, character, and instant curb appeal!

It’s amazing what a simple exterior refresh can do for the overall appearance of a home. 🏡

This home is getting a new front door as well, plus I’m soft washing it and cleaning the gutters in the coming weeks! It’s going to be a brand new house!

🔥 Dryer working harder than it should? It might not be the dryer… it’s the vent 🔥

Just knocked out this dryer vent cleaning and got everything looking s**c and span! Peep the duct tape on the joints of the vent in the crawlspace 👀 that is NOT to code. I inspected the entire duct run and made the necessary fixes 🤙🏼

Flower Bed Restoration 🪻

This homeowner has three large flower beds in the front of her home. The middle one (first pic) doesn’t have much planted in it and the other two have Azaleas. The Azaleas have not done well since they were planted over three years ago. See the surface roots in the last picture? They all looked like that. Clay soil. And the person that planted them for her just slapped them in the ground 😭

She had a soil test done and handed me the results. VERY POOR SOIL CONDITIONS ☠️

I fixed that today! Fully turned over these beds. Removed the mulch. Added soil conditioner, Daddy Pete’s, lime, and fertilizer…. tilled in and tailored to each bed. Put the mulch back and water water water 💦

We will do another soil test in 3 months to assess 🤙🏼

I offer full service residential grounds maintenance: mowing, fertilization, w**d control, lawn pest control, shrub/bish/tree trimming and flower bed services.
