Had a new customer reach out with a small list of things they needed done.

1. Move dining room light over to be more center so their table fits the space better
2. Fluorescent light in closet stopped working
3. Someone ran over their landscape light

Done, done, and done ✅

Moved the light, patched the ceiling, blend some previous patches a little better, and painted the whole thing 👨‍🎨

🪟 Opened a window lately and noticed the weatherstrip is sagging or failing all together?

That small weather seal at the bottom of a double-hung window plays a BIG role in keeping your home sealed.

When it gets worn, brittle, or damaged, it can lead to:

In this reel, I’m replacing a worn bottom weather seal to help the window close and seal properly again. They didn’t know it could be replaced because there is no way to get the bottom seal out. I think window companies bank on you just replacing the window 😭

This regular customer put too much weight on their wire closet system… and it crashed to the ground 👀

These closet maid or rubber maid closet systems are not designed for a lot of weight. They literally come with nails and drywall anchors that are meant to hold 15-25 lbs…. ☠️

I was able to fix the drywall like it never happened, color matched the paint, and reuse the original wire rack after I bent the ends back into shape to save the customer a little money as it was still perfectly fine👍🏼 I put all new anchors and brackets back up and modified them to attach to the studs with structural screws. This customer can now put whatever she had back up there confidently and then some 💪🏼

I’m always trying to find ways to go above and beyond for the people I work for. I have been putting unused paint for touch ups in these paint bags. Paint left in a can will never ever last. The can will rust and the paint will degrade. That will not happen with these bags and they are easy to pour for my customers 🫟🎨
