During one of our video inspections we discovered lots of down insulation, high moisture, and an improperly installed v***r barrier. A local company thought it was a good idea to roll liner over lots of debris instead of taking the time to remove it. We have a lot of hard work ahead of us on this one. The importance of getting your crawl space inspected at least once a year is a must. This customer has been dealing with moisture in their crawlspace for some time and has resulted in major repairs. We hate to see this especially when it could've been prevented but that's a lesson learned and they're in good hands now with Crawlspace Fitness.
