Here is a recent project we completed on Oak Island NC. It started off with building a retaining wall around the new pool. The homeowner wanted low maintenance options for landscape so we decided to install artificial turf in the back yard and install rock beds with palms and a few other low maintenance plants so their time can be spent relaxing and not maintaining the yard. This turnout was top notch and they are excited to make many memories for years to come in this backyard oasis.

Here is a retaining wall with a patio we completed for a customer overlooking his pond. He wanted a space for grilling and relaxing while enjoying his view of the water. Here is a Landscape project we completed around a pool that was installed. Once they finished the pool installation process we stepped in and designed the property. The homeowner wanted to go with a design that was low maintenance so they could enjoy every minute of the pool without worrying about lawn maintenance. We took that in consideration and installed low maintenance plants and Artificial turf. We also Installed pervious pavers to allow for the proper drainage.

Here is a New construction Ranch style Home that we completed. This was a Full Landscape install which consisted of building the yard up with fill dirt and grading the property for proper water runoff. We then added topsoil over the entire yard to provide nutrients for the sod installation. We installed an irrigation system for the sod and drip lines around the plants. We designed the bed layout, plant selection and placement. This was a great turnout for such a beautiful home.

This project consists of a tear out and a block Retaining wall installed on a house located on the ICW in Ocean Isle Beach.

The homeowner wanted a permanent fix to help with the erosion around the house and to spruce up the appearance of the property so we decided on a Block Retaining wall to fix the situation. We finished the project by adding palm trees and Tennessee river rock to the beds inside of the Retaining wall.

Here is a New construction install we completed on Ocean Isle Beach. We originally cleared the lot of over grown brush and brought dirt in to build the property up to the proper grade. When the home was near completion we installed an engineered storm water system and designed the Landscape. Once that was completed we started the landscape install process. We also added a new look to the original bulkhead by replacing the weathered and warped boards along the top of the wall. We installed White River Rocks in the beds with several palms and a variety other plants to give it that beach feel. We used a Slate rock for the driveway with a timber border.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team full time as a Landscape Installation Crew Leader

Description of Position:
🍃Landscape Installation Crew Leader will lead crews of team members and oversee assigned installation & maintenance jobs ensuring that all work performed is done to the highest standard, on time, and to budget. Qualified applicants will have a desire to create inspired outdoor living spaces for our clients, will value teamwork, and will have a positive attitude.

Benefits:
🍃Full-time position includes Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with optional overtime when available. PTO begins accruing day 1 of start date.

Specific Responsibilities include the following:
🍃Direct work with crew members to complete residential and commercial projects and/or maintenance. Ensure that team has necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects. Manage time, productivity, and material record keeping. Provide consistent and timely communication with customers, team members and manager. Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work. Recommend modifications based on field conditions, client requests, and/or supply issues. Utilize hands-on training philosophies and demonstrate a strong work ethic through your example. Promote safety, performance, and well-being of crew.

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
🍃Must possess strong leadership skills with crew and ability to communicate effectively with management and clients to meet deadlines.
🍃Must be able to read, understand, and communicate landscape plan drawings and specification documents.
🍃Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
🍃At least 1-3 years experience in landscaping. And must be able to Operate skid steers, compact excavators, chainsaws, power tools, and other specialized equipment.
