Some finishing touches we did on this house. Very busy fall ahead of us. We still have some openings through the winter as we do work year round (weather permitting). New front window replaced and after the new garage door installation we finished the frame around with some aluminum cladding(wrapping). Giving this a no maintenance exterior.

We had the chance to do almost a complete face lift of this house. Teamed Up with Steinbach construction, and got the roof completely ripped off and redone. Then we proceeded to take all the siding off and redo that also. Customer went with a granite gray vinyl siding. We decided that white trim would dress this up. New windows coming soon!! This door had a little rot starting on the bottom jambs. It wasnt completely gone, the homeowner caught it in time and contacted us. We came in and removed the rot and patched in the area with pvc material. After fixing all the rot we wrapped the door jambs and frames in white coil stock. Our white coil aroxk is a PVC coated so it will never become chalky, always shiny and clean. Caulked and all sealed up to make the life of the door much longer!

Window upgrade on this lake house. We completed the whole lake side last fall and the customers couldn’t beleive the difference the windows made. No more cold wind blowing through! Low-E, argon gas filled windows help tremendously on the heating and cooling bill.
