This is a bathroom remodel we recently finished for one of our favorite customers. They had a very narrow bathroom door and wanted a wider one which required moving some walls around. The bathroom was completely gutted and literally everything was replaced from top to bottom. Now it’s a place anyone would be happy to spend time in.

Due to a customer’s financing falling through on a large project we have some time available for a few smaller projects or one large project. I have a real love/hate relationship with this one since this is my bathroom and the second one we’ve remodeled in as many years. As much as we enjoy working on our customer’s projects it’s not nearly as enjoyable or rewarding working on our own homes. Everything in here (except the doors) was either removed, replaced or modernized.

This bathroom is the third and final bathroom that we have completed for these customers. It is a small guest bathroom that went from a 1970’s robin egg blue shower surround to a beautiful walk in shower. The bathroom was gutted and the old floor tile replaced with new terracotta, a custom built vanity was installed along with all new fixtures throughout

I’ve been slacking with posting pictures of completed projects lately so we’ll start back up with this one. We built this massive 40’ x 80’ garage with 10’ sidewalls, dual overhead doors, dual service doors and some Nova brick on the front to give it a little extra curb appeal.

Another bathroom remodel we just finished and it’s an absolute stunner! Complete floor to ceiling remodel featuring a beautifully tiled floor, linen closet, kohler shower surround, wainscoting, bath fan with/ heater and a corian vanity top. The homeowner had us delete a secondary door leading into the bathroom and build a doorway arch to turn that space into a beautiful little alcove. It turned out great and they now have a gorgeous bathroom to enjoy for decades to come (as soon as the plumber installs the new toilet)

A bathroom remodel we just wrapped up. The homeowner wanted to brighten up the bathroom and currently had no place to store towels or other bathroom products so that was also a top priority. We completely gutted the bathroom, deleted the window above the tub, and installed new everything from top to bottom. While in the process of demolition we uncovered an old brick chimney running up through the wall that the homeowner wanted to incorporate into the bathroom and by shortening up a closet in the adjacent bedroom we were able to install a full size linen closet. Total night and day difference!
