We are in need of an office manager to work with and oversee the office business environment for our construction and housing businesses.
Applicant must be highly self-motivated, good sense of prioritizing, and organized, with a desire to keep all staff members well informed, on task, and moving forward to achieve overall business objectives and efficiency.
Must possess strong computer skills and have a good working knowledge of the following computer programs:
Quick Books, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Work tracking software.
Job roles & responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Sorting, categorizing, and entering job invoices into Quick
books for multiple companies
· Process of daily business transactions, sales entry and
maintenance, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable,
to customers, vendors, and tenants
· Reconcile monthly bank statements & credit card statements
for multiple companies
· Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
· Coordinate with CPA per their directives and request
· Process and maintain various company documents and
required filings for federal, state, local agencies and venders
· Enter & process employee time sheet data, and various
employment requirements and documents.
· Maintain insurance records and prepare for audits
· Process IRA and health benefits records and documentation
· Communicate with management regarding general concerns
of the business operation
· Generate and mail (at times certified mail) various notices
