The tape measures aren’t out of a job yet, but they might be spending a little more time in the truck.

This week our team got hands-on training with our new Trimble Total Station. Technology like this helps us lay out work faster, more accurately, and more efficiently for our customers.

We’re proud of our crew for always being willing to learn, adapt, and embrace new tools that help us get better at what we do. Investing in technology is important, but investing in our people is what makes it all work.

The future of the trades is bright!

Our Sheet Metal Field Superintendent, Dan Doebert, recently ran into one of our newest Sheet Metal Pre-Apprentices, Mason Carpenter, at his graduation and they had to grab a quick photo together.

We're proud to congratulate Mason Carpenter and Zandr Klahn on their graduation as members of the Class of 2026 and welcome them as full-time team members at Aldag Honold Mechanical.

Both came through the Youth Apprenticeship Program, which has been a tremendous source of talented young tradespeople for our company over the years. We're grateful for the experienced journeymen and mentors who help pass their knowledge on to the next generation.

Always pushing to grow. 💪

We’re continuing to invest in our people, technology, and capabilities! We’re adding more hardware, expanding our tools, and building knowledge across the team.

Right now, three of our sheet metal team members are completing advanced Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD training to strengthen their design and fabrication expertise and better support our customers.

From front-end design, to detailed drawings, to fabrication on the shop floor, these guys are putting in the work and absolutely crushing it.

Proud of this team and excited for where we’re headed. 👏

Safety isn’t just a day, it’s how we work.

Today at Aldag Honold Mechanical we held our annual Safety Day, focusing on:

• Boom lifts & telehandlers
• Eye protection
• Driving safety
• Core jobsite policies

More than anything, it’s about taking care of our people. We’re also rolling out a new monthly digital safety program to keep everyone sharp all year long.

Big thanks to Lift-X Lift Services for providing equipment for hands-on training! It makes a real difference!

We’re fortunate to have the crew we do. A team that takes pride in their work and looks out for each other.

Big day for our team.

Today was our first manpower meeting in the new “war room,” and it was a great feeling having everyone back together in one space. Since COVID (and with our team growing), we’ve been running these meetings virtually. This new setup changes the game.

You’ll see in the photos how much this space has transformed. It’s built for our project managers to spread out, collaborate, and stay connected with our field teams. Better communication = better ex*****on, and that means better results for our customers.

We’re excited about where this is headed and what it means for the way we serve our customers moving forward.

Special shoutout to our Assistant PM, Levi Martin, for taking the lead on this remodel and helping bring the vision to life. Customers, you’ll be seeing more of Levi soon.
