Vacation was fun but I have felt off since we left and even when we got back I just didn’t feel normal. It dawned on me that I didn’t have my liquid gold and couldn’t find any raw milk on the islands.

People are constantly told their body is failing them. Low energy. Poor sleep. Brain fog. Gut issues. Constant fatigue.

They look for something to fix it. Something external. Something quick. But the body hasn’t suddenly become broken. It’s responding exactly how it’s designed to.

Take away sunlight and replace it with screens. Replace real food with processed convenience. Remove movement. Disrupt sleep. Add constant stress. Then act surprised when the body starts to struggle.

This isn’t complicated. It’s just been buried.
