We gave the porch railing on this home a much needed upgrade. We replaced all of the rotted and failing railing and posts. All posts were secured with the appropriate post bases and the new baluster spacing was built up to code. This home now has fresh and safer railings and a greater curb appeal.

The exterior of this home was heavily damaged from an impact. What may look like a simple repair required knowledge across multiple trades to get done properly. We replaced the affected sheathing and studs, reset the window, and carefully matched the existing siding so the repair blended seamlessly with the rest of the house.

We completed this shower conversion for this customer while preserving the existing tile work. We were able to almost seamlessly tie into the existing tile while adding a fold-up seat and multiple grab bars for added safety. The sleek new semi-framless shower door tied everything together and gave it an even more modern and luxurious look.

Another flooring transformation complete!

We installed new LVP flooring throughout this home’s first-floor living room, kitchen, dining area, and entryway. The previous mix of carpet, laminate, and vinyl tile was replaced with one clean, durable, and modern flooring solution that completely refreshed the space.

Along the way, we also repaired a rotted section of subfloor in front of the sink to ensure the new flooring was installed on a solid foundation built to last.

Updating your floors is one of the best ways to transform the look and feel of your living space while adding durability and easy maintenance for everyday life. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help bring this home back to life!
