Potting up these pretty peppers....NO FILTER people! 😎 These are Ozark Red Giant Peppers. I have every color of the 🌈! Red, orange, yellow, green, purple and chocolate....no blue...but I wonder..(referring to Baker Creek Catalogue......)

Drying Mint.....love the smells while working with herbs!! Looking forward to some nice refreshing hot Mint tea this winter, as well as all the uses of Mint oils and tinctures! 🌿

Well, the garden is out.....bittersweet moments. Glad for a short reprieve but I do love working in the outdoors and harvesting the beautiful veggies! On the up side, work on the greenhouse is progressing rapidly now! (Did I say reprieve?🤔) My plan is to ensure that it is air-tight over the winter and experiment with some solar-powered and self-sustaining heat sources. We will be installing vents, exhaust fan and benches in the next couple of months! I am sooo excited, you guys!! And a HUGE shoutout to my super-amazing husband who works a full-time and part-time job and THEN does the heavy duty work to the greenhouse, yard and garden. I couldn't do this without him for sure! God is good. All the time!! 😍
