Look what we found!! Ugh! hiding in the soffit above the kitchen cabinets is a plumbing pipe and SEVERAL electrical wires. Plumber and electrician will have to move them so the new cabinets will go in! This is the stuff that cost overruns are made up of. What kind of cost overruns are you worried about?
