**Urgent update as a locally enhanced strong tornado threat is in place tonight. The south shift in SPC outlooks is something we talked about 6 hours ago.

This is one of our rebuilds we are getting close to finishing up. This was a complete tear down, (minus concrete footings) redesigning of floor plan while keeping existing foot print.

Complete home renovation from house fire is starting to come together. New trusses, new framed garage, new windows and doors. Interior is completely gutted, master bath will be modified for a large step in tiled shower. Mechanicals will start soon.

New home build is coming along nicely. We are in the drywall finish stage this week. Next week will be completing interior primer, interior trim, cabinets and vanity installation, and interior trim paint. Once the rain holds off for a couple days, we I’ll be do exterior trim paint touch ups and installing new seamless gutters and downspouts.

This is a hallway bathroom remodel. We removed the old tub/shower. We noticed a damaged subfloor underneath tub/shower unit. We removed the damaged subfloor and noticed black fungus on the floor joists and rim board. We treated and sealed the area under tub/shower. Installed new 3/4” treated plywood, new shower faucet, new RH fiberglass shower pan, waterproofed shower walls, and shower wall prep for new wall tile. Installed a custom herringbone tile detail, 2-12” shower niches, and a new framed shower door.

The comprehensive renovation of this residence was a resounding success. Typically, we don't have the opportunity to observe the interior home decor after the project's completion. Upon stopping by to adjust the 16-foot French Door Glider, the homeowner inquired if I noticed anything different. After surveying the room, I spotted a picture frame on the fireplace mantel. I felt deeply appreciated and honored to discover that the photograph in the frame was of myself.

Here is a more custom wall tile installation for one of our homeowners hallway bathroom. We ran into some issues concerning the old subflooring. We tore the damaged subflooring out, treated and sealed the black fungus, replaced the subfloor in that area, installed new shower pan and valve.
