I received a request to renovate a basement that had water damage. After the area was cleaned up, I began the renovation process by reinstalling drywall and removing the popcorn ceiling. The walls and ceilings were then retextured and painted. The renovation continued with the installation of flooring, doors, and trim. Furthermore, I installed a drop ceiling and assembled and installed closet doors and organizers.

Customer contacted me wanting me to replace their deck. The existing deck was improperly attached to the house which caused rot. I replaced all the rot, reflashed it and put new siding up. Then I build the frame free standing which is proper for this style of house. I reused the railing and deck boards by their request. Glad to help!

Customer contacted me wanting his bacement finished. I had to modify some of the framework so the doors would fit, then I installed 3/4" tounge and groove. It really made it feel cozy down there. Glad to help!
