Rochas Home – Benbow, CA
The Rochas house in Benbow, CA. The interior is being finished now. This was a very difficult rebuild. The roof was taken off and had to be rebuilt from scratch. Photos of completed rebuild to follow.

Pedestal House
This house was designed to fit on steep lots. In the Lost coast of California there are a lot of steep land. This has a small base and much of the house is set on large beams that cantilever over the property.

Lim Project – Shelter Cove, CA
This is a very big home that was a bed and breakfast. Now it is undergoing a complete rebuild. The client has a vision for a place for cancer patients to recover with their families. This structure was built in 1997. The whole exterior is to be resided with Hardie Board, roof to be replaced with tile and the whole interior being redone in a country French style.

Restaurant Redesign – Shelter Cove, CA
Here’s the plan for the restaurant remodel. This building, on Wave Drive in Shelter Cove, California, was built in 1964. It was a real challenge. The deck had to be taken off and replaced. The whole interior was remodeled. A new kitchen was installed. This building is across from the ocean.

Devito Home
This is the one house that was a little hard to get through for construction. It is an I.C.F. structure and is only 20’x40′ and has a lot of engineering in it for such a small home.
