With our WONDERFUL summer weather we are likely to spend more time on the deck - Deck maintenance is CRITICAL! Mr. Picky sees A LOT of deck rot here in Washington due to our wet climate. All of the structural support beams on this deck needed to be replaced to make it structurally sound once again.

Are you tired of having your mail box bashed in? These folks were too. They hired Mr. Picky to build a STEEL FRAMED mail box house. OUCH! That's going to hurt the next person who takes a bat to that!
