Today we had to remove this Paulownia (Princess or Empress) tree it had died and was full of ants. This is on of the fastest growing hardwood trees we have in this area. It can grow up to 15ft in a single year. Our customer said he planted this about 15 years ago and even mowed it down once.

Today we had a few oaks at a new home build in Warrenton. The big one was full of ants and  rotted pretty good at the stump.

Today we worked on taking this pine out. Tree wasn’t that bad but the stump was a whole different story. The surface roots were unbelievable on this one.

So we worked on removing this catalpa tree yesterday. It had been in a state of decline over the last few years. Thank God, we removed it before the summer storms. It was completely hollow.

Today we had a pretty big oak that had died due hypoxylon canker. There is no cure for this disease only remedy is removal. This one was right beside the Customer‘s propane tank and flower garden.

Today we worked on taking out this huge maple tree that had huge cavities at the base. It had already shed big limbs that took out the power lines. Another fun little thing my daughter climbed this tree and played in it when she was little so I thought that was pretty cool too.

A few more popular trees today these where some big ones to with the one that uprooted already customer was trying to put some distance between the trees and the house.
