A little before and after office makeover… removed old/ installed new/ hauled off all the trash/ moved all the furniture/ proper installation under toilet and pedestal sink. Removed and replaced all trim and base boards for an unbelievably reasonable price. 12 x 30 building completed in 12 hours . Now that is service!

sanctuary living has some limitations…combine that with the soon to be Texas Heat…I decided to transform the overgrown space between buildings for a hidden garden… I have a few more touches to do before she’s all finished… but here’s a peek of the progress…
This space Shields the full mid day sun… yet allows enough air, shade and cool moisture to help the herbs thrive. Looking for spinach to add to it soon.

I have been asking for a screened in porch with custom barn style screen door for a minute now …( let’s just say Paul wasn’t too keen on the idea originally) … however the birthday card finally came into good use… and I have to say my sweetie did a great job. it does not interfere w the breeze… but cuts down on the VARIETY of unwanted guests lol. We are very happy with the results and he wishes he had done it sooner!!

Well to say we’ve been busy is an understatement… this project took our customer near 18 mos and $$$$$ to try and get a rental property ready…. But he did not have the right contractor behind him until now. In 4 days we have this home ready to go. When I tell you it was a web of chaos to correct the issues… that is an understatement…. We bid it fair, we completed it on time… we have a very happy customer. Looking to rent this 2 bedroom we will connect you with a very respectful landlord.
