Took an out of state remodel on. It has the best location, but has presented some issues. New poplar coffered ceiling, tear out and replaced floors, laid LVP, new 1/4 round. More to go but getting there. A few pictures.

New floor, new paint, added TV mount. Feels like the beach.

This was a fun project. Yes, old farmhouse doors on the ceiling. Barn door, trim, shelves, tile work. The old stained glass has a light behind it and is on hinges and opens so the light can be changed.

Converted a garden shed that was in serious distress, into a home office. Termites had eaten much of the building. New roof, new pergola on front porch, insulation, interior walls, ceiling, had electric added, lighting, Heat and A/C added.
