Did a fire pit surround in exposed aggregate today. Took awhile before I could clean the top but turned out good.

Took a little longer than expected but I didn’t fall through as we tore out the concrete over a basement storage area. Just need mesh and rod and the stamps and we’ll be ready. The fire pit was the other half the day prepping. Compact and mesh and we’re ready for some exposed aggregate! Won’t have finished with final product until after the holiday.

Our crew and dads teamed up to pour a 40 yard basement and it was done by 1. We went and knocked out our 22 yard pour for the house foundation. Great day of work. Everyone is tired but an early day tomorrow will help.

We got the carport poured and the guys put a nice hand finish on it.
