And that’s a wrap on Month 6 of Proper! Happy Half Birthday to us! 🎉

These first six months of business have become so much more than just running a store. Week after week, I’ve met the most incredible people, built genuine friendships, and created a space that truly feels like a happy place.

What started as a dream and a plan has turned into something I never could have fully imagined—and it’s all because of this amazing Sherman community. The amount of support, love, kindness, and true friendship I’ve received from my sweet neighbors at Laurel E and from my loyal customers has been overwhelming in the best way. I never knew I was missing this circle of life and community until now.

I’m beyond grateful for every single person who has walked through my doors, shopped small, attended an event, shared a kind word, and supported this dream. You’ve helped make Proper Gifts & Decor more than a store—you’ve helped make it a gathering place, a community, and a little piece of home.

Thank you for an incredible first six months. I can’t wait to see what the next six bring!
