Currently looking for skilled painters & prep personnel.

Job Requirements:
- Must have good attitude, organization, and excellent time management.
- Be willing and able to lead and/or learn current company systems.
- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation to either job site/shop
- Must be able to work well on a team
- Ability to keep a clean work environment, interior & exterior.
- Must follow all safety procedures & company policies.

JOURNEYMAN or PREP/PAINTER
- Journeyman must have 5+ years experience in paint.
- Journeyman must be proficient in prepping, brushing, rolling & spraying. Must be proficient in cutting in (straight lines).
- Painter must have 1+ year experience and willingness to learn.
- Patching/repairing drywall experience, preferred but not required.
- Carpentry experience a plus
- Must have the ability to perform work with high attention to detail and professional manner.
- Must be friendly & able to communicate well with homeowners, subcontractors and team members.

Smaller company environment with friendly staff.
Full time work with year round work schedule.
Excellent work environment with plenty of growth opportunities.
