These pictures are from the last couple weeks and include a deck repair, Brick walkway and a small Bathroom backslpash.. on the deck the customer had problems with boards Bowing.. railings loose.. not fastened, not enough support underneath.. we took our time did it right added a double support beam to help strengthen the span at the area of deck walkway .i decided to add hangers to the stairs as they were sketch .re did the system proper where needed .. this insures safety. I will not rush to finish a job just to get a check. if you don't want to pay me to do it right.. then you will not pay me at all because i will not take it on . .. the brick walkway was too narrow for the door = stoop and brick / mortar was starting to come up from time and water .. so we extended the footer ..added rebar, poured new concrete and had a drain grate added on two sides of it and is in the process of getting laid back now.. the roof of this home was never painted since his first install and had rust forming getting pretty bad. I pressure washed it ... primed it with a Benjamin Moore High Performance primer and it will get a coat of Benjamin Moore High Performance roof and metal paint. making it water and rust proof for a long time. The Bathroom backsplash is at my home i live in ...and just kinda am piddling with it. I like using the metal bullnose trim. it still needs grouting and caulking. These pictures show my /my companies range .and I am all about that .I do not only "do" these things I like to think I do one as well as the other. and to those who like the quote "jack of all trades master of none". I say well I could be like some and not be very good at any of them haha. nobody should ever consider themselves master of something . I knew 70-year-old bricklayers who told me that they learned something new everyday . thanks to my crew who make spreading these projects out even possible . they work hard and im very grateful for their assistance.
