The renovation of this beautiful wishing well is now complete. Following a comprehensive demolition down to the frame, we installed new plywood, metal, and cedar trim throughout its entirety, including cedar shakes on both sides. The final touches were applied with the installation of a solar-powered flood light, operational from dusk to dawn, and the reinstalling of a freshly stained and painted wooden sign featuring the name Pinnacle. The outcome is exceptional, and it is anticipated that it will be thoroughly enjoyed. Below are the before and after photographs.

Completed the renovation of this bathroom by installing a new Delta series tub and surround, replacing the existing Bath Fitters tub and surround. Additionally, the outdated flooring was replaced with new Life Proof vinyl plank flooring. The walls were freshly painted, and new trim and a bathtub light fixture were also installed.

Currently, I am overseeing the renovation of this garage, which involves the installation of insulation throughout the studded walls and R-30 insulation in the ceiling, followed by drywall installation and finishing work to prepare it for the customer's primer and paint application. Subsequently, I will commence a partial gut renovation of the bathroom, encompassing the installation of a new tub and surround, and culminating in a paint application after the drywall completion. Further updates regarding additional projects will be provided in due course.

Minimal work was conducted on Christmas Eve due to strong winds this week. The task is currently pending the arrival of vinyl. Damage from the wind was the cause of the missing vinyl siding.

Commonwealth has authorized the electrical and plumbing work, and we have progressed to the drywall stage. The shower installation was finalized today, and drywall hanging is now complete. The subsequent step entails finishing the drywall. The attached photographs document the progress from inception to the current status. Following the completion of this bathroom, we will initiate renovations on their existing bathroom.
