We just finished a screen room addition for a Bossier City homeowner. The first four pics are of an install by a local contractor that wasn't trained on products and installs.
We came in and removed all the damaged material and installed a new insulated patio roof and structural screen tube framing along with one screen door. Once we started this took 2 1/2 days to completion.
Always check on who is installing your screen enclosures or any work on you home.

Screening in another custom addition to this home in east Texas, for one of our Builder friends. It's a 2 X 3 extruded aluminum framework custom cut to fit the needs of the homeowner. Clean look as the builder intended it to turn out! We pride ourselves on what we install. Plus we installed a power screen pool side for an easy access.

Sorry that I've hadn't posted in awhile!
Turning this open balcony to a nice place to hangout!
Just in time for the outside temperature to start on a downward fall path.
We have been knocking out carport covers, Screen Rooms and patio covers and a few glass enclosures.
