I was called yesterday by an elderly couple to their deceased parents' house because the lock suddenly stopped working and they couldn't get in. I was there in half an hour and used my favorite technique to bypass the Schlage Lever k**b and open the door without damage. (No, this lock could not be "carded" so that wasn't the method!)

I don't know how other locksmiths would have handled it, but I feel many would have drilled and done it the hard way. I keep up with the latest methods so in this case it was quick and hassle free. They were very happy. And that's what 35 years of experience will get you.

Hi, all. Still here. Still open. Still being very careful. Have to post something every so often or Facebook gets worried about me. For whatever reason, the people who leave me reviews usually choose Yelp. All my reviews there are five-stars even though Yelp hides most of them saying they are suspicious although they are legitimate. Rumor has it this happens often when you don't sign up with Yelp.

We are open and accepting jobs on a case by case basis. If you are locked out, for example, we never even have to get close to each other or go inside.

Don't expect me to return to certain apartment complexes where many of the people do not seem to even own a mask.

Many home repairs can and should be postponed for now but some things still need to be addressed. A common cause of lock outs is when a lock malfunctions or the key breaks in the lock. Both things are usually caused by pre-existing conditions so if your lock doesn't work smoothly, do something before you get locked out.
