"We had a great experience working with Zieba Builders on our home expansion, which included adding a new primary suite and powder room through a creative reconfiguration to maximize s**ce, and remodeling our kitchen. Our project also involved extensive updates to our home originally built in 1952, including new plumbing, electrical, flooring, and more.
Before we began, friends warned us that projects like this often run over budget, experience delays, or get stuck in permitting — but not with Zieba. Our project was completed exactly on schedule (6 months!) and on budget, with no permitting delays at all. In fact, everything turned out even better than we'd imagined!
