Check out the transformation on this room!🤩 It was closed off from the rest of the house with a low ceiling. It was dark, gloomy, and not very well insulated from the outside elements. Everything got opened up, a new window, and a sliding glass door installed for easier access to the backyard. That's a wrap on this beautiful deck! Hand burned wood, Trex decking, Trex rain escape always has issues so we came up with a custom EPDM waterproofing system. Now it's time to start working on installation of the new windows.

Moving right along. 1ft on center for a nice beautiful trex island mist. We are contemplating burning the the wood and putting on a polyurethane coating can’t wait til it’s finished gonna be beautiful!
