This vanity from Signature Hardware is a nod to the house's history, and compliments the wood tones throughout the rest of the home. The matte black keeps it a touch more modern, and I'll always love the playful and bright tile floor!

Another angle of this stunning primary bath! The best way to deal with a low, angled ceiling in the shower is to tile it! Similar to a steam shower, the water will collect and run down the walls so it's important to waterproof the ceiling. I chose to run the shower tile vertically along the back wall so it creates an illusion of the wall simply continuing onto the ceiling. The bright, cheerful floor and vanity compliment the shower perfectly!

It's been a whirlwind fall and I have so many finished projects to post here, but I'll start with perhaps my favorite bathroom of all time. This primary bath needed a LOT of love, and these very special clients were bursting with it themselves - they just got married!! Our goal was to help make the new bathroom remodel as smooth as possible while they were in the final few months of wedding planning this fall. I LOVE how it turned out, and they do too!!

Federico & his team did an incredible job on the remodel of our main bathroom. We had been very apprehensive about undertaking this project, but the care, craftsmanship, and professionalism with which the team approached the work was amazing. Federico made sure we always understood what was going on (and was very patient with all our questions) --- from timelines to process to addressing any unexpected discoveries/changes/challenges (and quickly and seamlessly bringing in the right people to ensure things were addressed and the project proceeded on time). And while it can be stressful to have other people in your house, the team members were always courteous and respectful (and very careful/mindful any time our cats were accidentally out and about trying to "assist" in the work). I was absolutely delighted with the finished product and cannot recommend Federico highly enough!

Federico and his team of craftsmen did an amazing job of transforming the very small primary bathroom in our 1833 home. As an interior designer, I knew the challenges with the space, and as a result, the project had been long planned, but ultimately avoided for years. We needed a very capable crew to undertake a difficult full gut and complicated tile job in our small second floor bathroom. I can’t say enough about the entire crew's professionalism and incredible attention to detail. They were neat and organized and so respectful of the disruption that the work necessarily created. The team was punctual and worked hard to maintain the promised schedule despite some unplanned significant surprises. They were able to address a major plumbing issue by calling in a specialized plumbing crew in 24 hours. Federico touched base at every significant juncture of the renovation to make sure we were operating on the same page and to insure my satisfaction. I have continued to recommend Federico to clients with confidence. Mine really has been a very happy contractor story, we love our bathroom.
