Hi all you Northern Nevada man is up and running again if you have any questions please feel free to contact us on our business line at area code 775-241-8377 but some words of wisdom if you live in a manufactured home or a stick field house either one is the same you need your number to try to make sure your gutters are cleaning while we have a break in these storms as well as get off as much snow as you can around your chimney area and your roof leaf blowers work very well to do that as well as turning your wet dry vacs opposite so that they become blowers also if you find that you have leaks you can either use Henry's wet dry patch or Flex Seal to solve the leak temporarily until it can be properly fixed please stay safe in this weather and have a Happy New Year the B and D family

Well Spring is sprung and summer is here remember before you turn on your swamp coolers and air conditioners for the year make sure you check your lines check your pads make sure that you have no open wires near the water that is supplied to these units also check 4 areas where mosquitoes make come in with most people staying at home check all of your screens for holes and if you need any help with those things please give us a call B&D handyman family is working to make sure that things are properly done

Hi all it's that time of year again to change your filters in your heaters start getting ready to put your swamp cooler pads and check your lines where your swamp coolers and air conditioners remember to always make sure each area is cleaned fully with the weather here in Lyon County also trying to make sure that when you change your clock you also remember to change your batteries in the clocks as well as your smoke detectors is spring cleaning please everyone in this time with the covid 19 going around please stay safe and healthy if you have any questions how to fix anything please remember to post them for us

Well Spring is sprung. Time to start cleaning out your vents so you can get ready to turn on your swamp cooler or air conditioner also for those who have air conditioners remember it's time to change your filters again for those who have swamp coolers look at the pads you're using remember you have to check the sizes so as to get proper circulation also check your pumps and your spider arms if you have weeds in your yard double check with Home Depot as to what product will be the best if you live in Nevada to kill your rabbit brush and Stage brush as those are your number one allergies D&D is back to work full time Byron has healed very well so thank you guys for all the thoughts and prayers if you need anything done please give Alicia call so that she can get you on the schedule have a wonderful and save spring

The weather is here please be careful if you need to travel outside remember with these cold temperatures to leave a faucet running as to not let you pipes freeze if you do not have heat tape on them or if they are not wrapped also check you windows for any air leaks these is one way to help cut your heating cost if you find one maker it and look for indoor sealant for you frames most sealants can be painted over
