Athena Property Services was the brainchild of Chrysztyna Rowek the Designated Broker of a local Property Management company who was tired of dealing with independent contractors. Having been surrounded by vendors for a decade, she decided that creating and building a general contracting company herself was much smarter than trying to corral a dozen people to do work on the over 500 single family properties that her company managed. And so, with the help of her then maintenance coordinator Melanie " Milani" Kemp ", Athena Property Services was born. Offering something for everyone from the brand new home owner who wants to get the house just right for them, or the investor who wants to do a quick flip, or the long term owner who is ready for a change, or just needs a honey do list taken care of, there is nothing ( ok, very little..lol) that Athena Property Services cannot take care of for you, in regards to your home or building.
