We live in a world full of “fast fashion and fast furniture”. We think, “well, this will do for now and let’s face it, it’s cheap.” And then, 10 years from now, the piece is out of fashion, and we set it out on the curb as rubbish. How about changing that mindset? How about, “I’ll just save up and get a quality piece, and it’ll last me a lifetime"? That’s what Awakening the Past is working to create. Hello! It's been a while since I posted anything. So, here's a bathroom we did a couple of years ago. We started with the original bathroom from 1950-something and did some serious re-thinking.
