Lead Carpenter / Skilled Remodel CarpenterBuild Stunning Kitchens, Luxury Bathrooms & Dream Homes

Ready to build projects you're proud to put your name on?

At Transparent Remodeling, we're not looking for someone who just swings a hammer. We're looking for skilled carpenters who take pride in craftsmanship, solve problems, and want to help transform ordinary houses into extraordinary homes.

Every week, you'll work on exciting residential renovation projects including custom kitchens, luxury bathrooms, whole-home remodels, additions, and high-end finish work. No repetitive production work. No cookie-cutter jobs. Every project is different, and every day brings new challenges.

What You'll Do

Install doors, trim, and finish carpentry
Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry
Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, laminate, tile prep)
Tile installation and bathroom remodeling
Drywall hanging, finishing, and repairs
Interior and exterior painting
Framing and structural modifications
Work alongside a professional remodeling team to deliver exceptional results
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

What We're Looking For

Experience in residential remodeling
Strong carpentry skills and attention to detail
Ability to read plans and solve problems independently
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Pride in producing high-quality work

We’ve been working long hours to not only catch up, but to get better. A big focus for us right now is improving our bidding process so we can be more timely, organized, and responsive to everyone reaching out.

At the same time, we’re putting a lot of attention into the projects we already have underway. Finishing jobs efficiently — without dragging out construction in someone’s home — is extremely important to us. When we’re in your space, we want to be respectful of your time, your routine, and your home by getting the job done right and without unnecessary delays.
