Hello everyone! I would like to take a minute and tell you about my business. I am a flat rate company. I rarely do hourly billing . I like my pricing to be up front so you know what you will be spending. So my material and labor charges are all in one . This saves time from itemizing everything. I do free estimates as well. I have little to no overhead . I basically work by myself . I will be the one doing the estimate and the work . I don’t believe in having someone go sell the job and having someone else go do it . I feel a lot of miscommunication happens that way and that is more of a corporate big company thing to do anyways. I do not ever believe in high pressure sales . I will work with you to the best of my ability. I rather people not even consider me a salesman. If you call me I would like to fix your issues at hand and if you would like other things done then we can do that but only if you want additional work done . I stated my business doing drain cleaning and expanded into doing pretty much everything. So if you would like a no pressure , no commitment estimate feel pressure to contact me .
