PSA: Not our most professional post but Iāve decided to just lay it out.
We are not all created equal.
When you hire a company based on price and not value,things like this happenā¦ Unfortunately we run into issues far more often than we talk about publicly. (Always inform our customers when found, but you know what Iām getting at)
Do some research when receiving multiple estimates. Educate yourself a little on the company. Ask for proof of GL and WC. Do they provide continued education to employees. Are you getting your best value. Not just the best price
This branch was directly over a patio and Gazebo in Sinking Spring. Not sure what was going through the last guys head. Itās almost like they wanted it to fail(what do you think)?
