Used the farm fresh eggs to make peanut butter stuffed chocolate cookies to take to work-so darn delicious! These huge cookies bake up so big and puffy and then at the end I hit them with a kiss of sea salt to cut the sweetness just a bit. Already wishing I would have made more…

Bonus: my new farm-fresh egg dealer not only sells eggs at the beautiful Beloit farmers market but also conveniently delivers them right to me at work. I mean… is this what winning looks like?

Wherever life takes me… the cookies come too 🍪❤️

I baked up these heart cookies as a thank-you for some incredible coworkers who welcomed me into this assignment with open arms and made it feel like home right away. It meant so much to be able to share a little piece of what I love with the people I get to work alongside.

For those who may not know, this season of life looks a little different— after nearly 30 years in healthcare, I’ve taken a leap into a new adventure as a traveling healthcare professional. It’s a way to challenge myself, rediscover what I love about this work, and maybe find a few places that feel like home along the way.

So yes, I may be on the move—but custom cookies are still very much part of the journey 💛New places, new faces, same love baked into every cookie.
