PROFESSIONAL CLEANING TECHNICIAN (Full Time, Part Time, or Team Lead)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Do you have experience cleaning empty apartment units, or cleaning homes? If you have experience, enjoy a positive atmosphere, and take pride in your work, this might be an excellent position for you. This position requires extensive background doing move-out cleans (also called apartment or rental “flips”), with attention to detail, and available references as to your past employment.

BENEFITS, SCHEDULING
We offer flexible scheduling, no weekends, opportunities for advancement to new leadership responsibilities if desired, and 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year. Starting pay is depending on experience, with eligibility for scheduled performance reviews and raises in pay at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.

Work time is available on weekdays between 6:30 AM and 6 PM (No Weekends), and we can work with you to choose your specific start and end times to fit your family or personal schedule.

Sunshine Property Services helps property managers in the Sioux Falls area prepare their rental properties for new tenants. Our team cleans empty apartments (turnovers) and provides caretaking of commons areas, including vacuuming, window washing, and sanitizing. We offer flexible scheduling and an independent working environment, and we have great clients who make our days very rewarding.

Our company also provides carpet cleaning (using a commercial, truck-mounted cleaner) and apartment/home painting, so if there are other skills you have, let us know!

We are also offering a Team Lead position to an experienced home/apartment cleaning professional who has the desire to lead. If you're great with details, like to work in a positive environment, and love to teach and coach your team members, this may be an excellent position for you.

What we do: Sunshine Property Services helps property managers keep the interiors of their apartment and rental properties in tip-top shape, including painting empty homes and units. This position requires experience and skill with painting techniques, as well as a sense of urgency and speed.

You would be joining a team of 2 other painters, and while painting experience is *required*, we can provide further training.

This position is full-time (part-time can be accomodated if you prefer) and we provide flexible scheduling. More weekly hours are possible if you would like to take on additional roles on our team. Work time is available is during weekdays between 6:30 AM and 6 PM (No Weekends), and we can work with you to choose your start and end time, and days of week.

• Haulaway and junk removal: This task involves lifting furniture onto a trailer, and helping unload at the waste center.
• Carpet cleaning with a truck-mounted commercial carpet cleaner
