MLCs crew is replacing this hail damaged standing seam roof with a brand new stone-coated steel roof that will outlast Mother Nature. All steels are not equal when it comes to being able to take damage from hail and winds.

Progress pictures of this 80’x152’ shop. Most of the exterior steel is done and the exterior walls are in the process of being spray foamed! Interior liner steel is up next.

Guys are rolling on the latest roof up by Lake Thompson. This house is getting a great upgrade as we are removing the old cedar shakes and installing a new stone-coated steel shake system !

This home is certainly one of the most beautiful homes we have had the opportunity to work on. We removed the old existing wood shakes and installed synthetic shake system on it that should last a very long time. Hoping to get some more pictures once the home addition is completed.

The crew is getting rolling on this beautiful project in the Sioux Falls Historic District, Sioux Falls. I have been waiting for this one to kick off because when we are done this beautiful home is going to look great with its new DaVinci Roofscapes slate roof.
