The ideal candidate is a hard-working, dependable, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working with their hands. Industry experience is preferred, but not required. Basic tool knowledge and/or experience is a bonus. Training will be provided. A strong work ethic and an ability to follow directions and meet production schedules will be a plus.

Pay is based on experience. We do offer 401k matching contributions, health insurance, afflac, and other benefits.

Responsibilities:
• Use various hand tools to fabricate wooden cabinets
• Sand surfaces and joints of cabinet parts to prepare them for finishing
• Trim component parts of joints to ensure a snug fit using hand tools such as planes, chisels or wood files
• Bore holes for insertion of screws or dowels by hand or using boring equipment
• Glue, fit and clamp parts and subassemblies together to form the complete unit using clamps or a clamping machine
• Drive nails or other fasteners into joints at designated places to reinforce the joints
• Spray surfaces of cabinets with protective or decorative materials such as stain, varnish or paint
• Install hardware such as hinges, catches and drawer pulls
• Prepare and package final product for delivery
