This house was borderline hoarder status. The homeowner didn’t want to get rid of things he wasn’t using because it was still useful but not being used and unproductive in this house. It was hard sorting through and decluttering every room but both myself and the customer were pleased. The kitchen table was unusable to eat at. The dining area didn’t have room for a table. The bedrooms were overloaded with unused furniture. Many things went to the curb to find a new home. I pulled all the weeds in the sidewalk and edged the sidewalks. It was ready to list.

I changed out the shower curtain, towels and rug after painting. $200 makes a huge difference.
