It’s been a little while since we’ve posted! We’ve been extremely busy to wrap up winter projects. Spring has sprung and we are ready to help you with any projects big or small. Here are some pictures of a complete paint job we just completed today of a house in Madison. Walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and trim. Walls and trim Sherwin Williams color “snowbound” in duration. Satin paint for walls and gloss paint for trim. Ceiling paint was pro mar ceiling paint. Pictures don’t do this place any justice it looks like a brand new house! Before and Afters! Here’s a fun useful project. Our customers roof rafters were 2 x 6 construction and they wanted to increase the R value of their roof so we extended their rafters to 2 x 10 re-insulated with Rockwool 9 1/2 inch and finish off the ceiling with the prefinished end match pine. The final touch before cleaning up was repainting the walls with Benjamin Moore color, calming cream OC-105. Thank you Chris and Paula we appreciate your support very much!❤️

Before and Afters! This project was a fun one with a little bit of everything. Drywall, paint, trim, and flooring and most of all problem solving. It all started with a frozen and burst pipe in the ceiling in between the basement and first floor. So we got to work with addressing the problem areas where draft had entered through poorly insulated rafters. so we sealed up any draft and re insulated them! Then the repairs began to reveal this awesome final product! Bonus picture at the end of our crew!

Bangor update! Repairs and wall and ceiling paint complete! Still working on baseboard trim paint and doors. Cleaning up excess debris and dust from repairs and prepped today for the start of flooring installation tomorrow. Hoping to wrap this one up early next week.

Customers home in the Bangor area had a pipe burst within the ceiling of the finished basement causing lots of unwanted headaches. We went out to see how we could assist. 24 hours after our visit insurance approved repairs! Just a few days after that we are on location knocking it out! Still under construction with a few added cosmetic repairs, but this place will be better than new my the end of next week! Stay tuned for final pictures!

Photo dump! Huge project underway! We were one of two crews on location doing drywall repairs and paint work for the wonderful new owners of this massive 6200sq ft home. Today marked the end of week 4 for us and the last day on location due to scheduling conflicts with another project that we are starting Monday in Bangor. Older home lots of challenges along the way but we removed all flooring and walls down to the studs new sub floor, new insulation for sound deadening, all new drywall, walls, electrical, and plumbing, to top it off a custom tile shower!
