Please don't be like this guy! Did a handshake deal to finish painting his house. Said we got done too quick and only paid half of what was agreed upon! Then said what are you going to do take me to court? You have nothing on paper! Lives by the swimming pool in Sleepy Eye. Needless to say every job will have a signed contract b4 starting . Im glad I only do this on the side now.
