MonaK the artist hasn't posted in a while! So, I thought I would take a minute to say I will be back soon! Our house sold and we hadn't even listed it yet. I had just bought tons of materials for my new projects. The projects include live edge river tables and resin art and more. I had found some fabulous pecky cypress and other wood. I was stocking up on resin, crystals, molds and so many things. Now our things are all in storage and we are living in a tiny home, getting ready to build what we hope will be our forever dream home. We are also building my studio/workshop. The storage unit is busting at the seams and so am I. My head is so full of ideas; the creative juices are flowing and ready to go. I have so many project ideas. I want to make beautiful contemporary light fixtures using woods, metals, and molded glass. I want to weld metal art, sculptured metal, etched metal and more! I have so many ideas for my paintings, adding crystals, geode paintings and more. I have BIG ideas and plans and dreams. I cannot wait to start making it all come TRUE..........and I feel it in my heart that it will happen. I know it in my head that these dreams will come true. Anyone that knows me also knows that when I set my mind and put my heart into something, I WILL do it! I have the most supportive and encouraging wife. She believes in everything I do and thinks that I can do anything. God willing and with a whole lot of hard work and imagination, I hope that I don't disappoint her. So, stand by while at the moment I may not actually be creating art, my mind and imagination are in overdrive with ideas just waiting to come to life! I hope you all are still here when I get back!🕓
