Technicians MUST have experience with diagnostics, repairs, and new system installations. Commercial experience is favorable, as this makes up a large portion of our business. Trade school training is also a plus.

Applicants must:
-have effective communication skills
-have a neat, clean appearance
-be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
-be able to prepare detailed work tickets
-be able to pass a substance abuse check and background screening
-have and maintain a clean driving record
-be available for rotating afterhours/weekend/holiday call

This debate is FAR from settled. We are betting they didn't ask anyone in the south how they feel.
Just do us a favor and don't set your thermostat to unrealisitcally low temperatures. When there is a heat index of 100+ outside, the lower you set your thermostat, the harder and longer that unit has to run to "try" to meet that temperature. By setting it too low, you risk freezing your system and causing major damage. Trust us. We see it every day.

Stay comfortable and save money by using these recommended settings for your central air.
