Good evening everyone. I acknowledge that there has been an interval since our last update, and I am committed to improving my posting frequency. I am pleased to share our latest project with you. The only outstanding tasks are for the electrician and plumber to complete their work. This comprehensive basement build-out features a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area, laundry room, TV area, and a nicely appointed office space, essentially creating a fully functional apartment. I could easily envision residing in this space. Its transformation is stunning!!! We thoroughly enjoyed working with this client, and we are delighted with the final result. Please take a look 👀🏠💡🔧💻

Before and after pics of the store fronts we did in the old bank building downtown Oakland. We did all the demo. Framed it back in. Oaks and Parkhurst did the glass and we finished it off with versetta stone at the bottom and a raised panel look at the top with all the moulding used to create it made right on site. We also did the painting as well.
It came out really nice. The owner is beyond happy!

A few pics from a job we did on messalonski lake. Turned into a double Decker deck. We tore apart and rebuilt 90% of this deck and added the entire bottom section with new sets of stairs. This was a fun job and came out great. Quick video of it in the next post. Thank you Margo and Damien for putting your trust in us to get the job done. We enjoyed working with you!!!

Before and after pics of a job we just did for lakeside landscape in Belgrade. Thank you Pat and Adrian for putting your faith in us to get the job done. We had fun doing it. Doors were custom built on site. My 6'5" son is in one of the pics for a size reference.

This job is done for the time being. I know it doesn't look done but we will be siding this home in the fall and the owner had some things that she wanted to do/upgrade and needed to be done before siding. We built this mud room in place of the deck with new ramp and hand rail. We also replaced the four exterior doors (not pictured).

For this customer we took the divider wall for the kitchen and living room and made a great place to sit and eat, play board games, or maybe have a drink and play cards with some friends. It also opened up the space a lot. We also installed some new kitchen flooring although I didn't get any before pics of the floor.

Start to finish basement project that we did for a fantastic couple in Gardiner. This is our second project with them and it came out beautiful. Thanks again Chris and Eileen Jones for choosing to work with Elevation Builders,LLC on another project. Always a pleasure. ENJOY!
