One of our customers' home had Dryvit across part of the front of the house that was not installed correctly and was causing some of the framing around the windows to rot. We updated both windows and replaced the siding with Hardie board lap siding. Phase one was the gable on the right and phase two was the rest of the front. We also added a gable vent in the process and swapped out the front stoop light. Additional work was needed on the inside around the windows but it all came together and turned out great!

Our customer wanted to update their bathrooms. In the master bath, we removed their existing tub and replaced it with a larger tub for soaking. We had to extend the partition to make room for the larger tub. We installed tile on the walls around the tub and updated the shower faucet. They also wanted to replace the vanity top and update the sinks and faucets. We removed the eyebrow above the sinks and updated the lighting and mirrors. Three other bathrooms were updated with the same counters, sinks, faucets, lights and mirrors.

Rotten fascia and soffit.... it's a common problem. This one needed quite a bit of work but we got it repaired for them....

Y’all remember what this place used to look like? Waiting on countertops to come in and then backsplash will be installed. There are a couple of other things that are going to be done after the family
has moved in, but at last we can say it’s almost finished…on the inside. 😂

I couldn’t post this video in the post with the project photos but I can’t just not share this fine example of the effort we put in! Our worker, Kevin, didn’t hesitate to shimmy under the shed when we said we had to secure the back beam. I’m more than sure someone would’ve had to pull me out by my ankles. Lol. Thanks Kevin!
