Smithton Elementary School teachers organized a wreath crafting afternoon and invited us to facilitate. The designs created were truly lovely. Thank You for having me. I extend my gratitude to Staci Nicks for her role in organizing the event.

The Ladies of CBC organized a crafting and fellowship evening on Thursday, resulting in a most enjoyable gathering and beautifully crafted projects. We even participated in a little white elephant exchange. Oh What Fun!!

Last Tuesday, the Smithton Public Library hosted a delightful gathering, where we crafted the enchanting Gingerbread Village Mantle Sitters. The event was a resounding success, with everyone in attendance having an enjoyable time. A special mention must be made to all husbands who kindly would finish adding the remaining screws into the hinges, thereby enhancing their stability.

On a personal note, I had the opportunity to use a drill for the first time and found it to be quite the experience. Although my husband had recommended pre-drilling the holes, I regrettably omitted this step due to time constraints.

Nevertheless, the evening was filled with laughter and camaraderie, and the finished sitters are a beautiful testament to our collective efforts, hopefully to be cherished for years to come.

Sincere gratitude to all involved, and warmest wishes for a Merry Christmas! ♥️

Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year! Look what we will be making at the Smithton Public Library District on December 2nd, starting at 5:30 pm. So cute!

I will stain the wood a little darker brown than shown ahead of time. You will apply the paint, stencil and seal it. Then we will use a drill to attach the houses to each other. So easy. It measures 13 inches tall and 11 inches tall, by 5.5 inches wide. (times 5 houses) Perfect for your mantle or on display.
