It’s been a long few weeks of plumbing underground, digging, prepping, and pouring footings, grading sites for concrete prep, tie ing in septics and other utilities on 5 different new house builds we are currently working on. Here’s a photo dump on the projects, and we’re happy to say that concrete is going to start flying on Monday the 23rd to kick off our flatwork season with 350+ yards in the next few weeks! We will post more as each one of these projects unfold as we still have to lay radiant heat and other necessities on a few of them! Here is a monstrosity of a septic system we installed this fall, Norweco biokinetic reactor tanks set in solid rock, 1500 feet and 148’ of elevation from the solids and pump tanks at the house to a syphon tank, and then 400 feet of 4”transit shot flow line back down over the hill, through the woods to the aggregate bed. This one takes the cake for the most expensive system we’ve had to install to date thanks to the engineers. Thank you to our good friend A1 Excavation LLC for giving us an extra hand on it
